Kanika loves meeting new people to discuss the next crazy idea.

Before IQ, she co-founded Upside AI that used machine learning to invest in the public markets. She led sales for Upside and can deeply relate to a founder’s difficult journey from 0 to 1. She also worked with Mayfield investing in early-stage SaaS and consumer businesses. Kanika has also worked with Credit Suisse and EY.

On weekends, Kanika is busy trying to win at strategy board games, reading fantasy fiction, or finding the best croissant in the city.
